Sundowners events

( We haven't been sent any recent ones, so check out the Sundowners website. )

Saturday Outing
Regular event in Whitstable. "Socialising, dancing and DJs".  All gay-friendly people welcome. Sadly, few men seem to support this event.
For further information contact the Horsebridge Community Centre, Whitstable or  Tel: 01227 281174

(We have advertised this Horsebridge event since it started.  We are residents of Whitstable.  Today the Horsebridge "Community" Centre would not display a poster for our next event  - it could be put in a book which some of the public might look at.  This was because our event was not in Whitstable.  Do they think that there are no LGBTs in Whitstable, who might be interested in an event for them in Canterbury?)

August 2008

Fundraiser for Thanet Pride 2009!

Quiz Night at the Fayreness Hotel, Kingsgate at 7.30pm. Tickets £8 and include a bangers and mash supper.  To book, contact Horace Hotman on 07814 306664.

This year's Thanet Pride was excellent.  If there is to be a Thanet Pride 2008 EVERYONE in the community needs to start supporting fundraising events NOW!

The last Quiz at the Fayreness was a very enjoyable evening, which was supported by gays and straights.  We hope to see you there.
